We are excited to announce that our annual SOL SPA & HOTWORX company convention is just around the corner! Each year, we gather to celebrate our successes and share valuable insights. This year's convention promises to be our best yet, with a theme of Teamwork, the backbone of our franchises. The Convention serves as the number one training event of the year and features expert panels, elite training sessions and vendor exhibits. It allows franchise owners the opportunity to convene under one roof, learn best practices and develop strategies to boost revenues. In addition to the formal training sessions, there are exciting evening socials hosted that bring the entire franchise community together for an evening of networking, laughter and fun!

Every achievement, large or small, should be celebrated. In the fast-paced world of franchising, it is so common to focus on the next goal at hand without stopping to recognize and celebrate your previous accomplishments. These celebratory events allow us to stop and recognize those operators who have demonstrated exemplary performance, while creating lifelong memories. This year, we will be hosting a Boots & Bling themed Awards Banquet, appropriate for our first convention in Nashville, TN, as we recognize the top performers in the franchise chain, together as a team!
