Meditation After Yoga in an Infrared Sauna
I am astonished how misunderstood the practice of meditation is within the general population. Certainly, there is so much information about the practice yet to be discovered by science, but we should know by now that energy is fundamental to life. Understanding takes time. At one point in history, not too many centuries ago, people actually believed that the world was flat and that the earth was the center of the universe. With that history in mind, it’s interesting to hear that some people believe that meditation is somehow an evil or a negative practice, when quite the opposite is true. The real problem with meditation is one of the need for more education. Meditation is a tool for exercising the mind through the channeling of energy. Meditation is a “positive” practice that results in the sharpening of focus and the elevation of mental clarity.
